Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Resort-wild premises, using our services, or visiting our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Resort-wild (“Resort-wild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Eligibility Requirements
Age Verification
All guests must be 19 years of age or older to enter gaming areas, purchase alcoholic beverages, or participate in gaming activities. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for verification purposes and may be requested at any time.
Prohibited Individuals
Individuals who have been banned from Ontario gaming establishments, are on the provincial self-exclusion list, or have been trespassed from Resort-wild property are prohibited from entering the premises or participating in any gaming or promotional activities.
Gaming Rules and Regulations
- • All gaming activities are governed by Ontario Gaming Commission regulations and Resort-wild house rules
- • Gaming decisions by authorized personnel are final and binding
- • Players are responsible for protecting their cards, chips, and personal belongings
- • Resort-wild reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the premises
- • Collusion, card counting systems, and other advantage play techniques may result in removal
- • Electronic devices may not be used at gaming tables unless specifically permitted
- • Maximum betting limits and minimum age requirements apply to all gaming activities
Responsible Gaming Commitment
Resort-wild is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe environment:
- • Self-exclusion programs are available for individuals who wish to restrict their access
- • Time and spending limits can be established through our players club system
- • Trained staff are available to provide information about responsible gaming resources
- • We partner with problem gambling organizations to provide support and counseling
- • Gaming activities should be viewed as entertainment, not as an investment opportunity
Property Rules and Code of Conduct
Behavioral Standards
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, intimidation, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Resort-wild reserves the right to remove individuals who violate these standards.
Dress Code
Appropriate attire is required in all areas of the resort. Management reserves the right to determine what constitutes appropriate dress. Certain dining venues and special events may have specific dress code requirements.
Security and Surveillance
Resort-wild employs comprehensive security measures including video surveillance throughout the property. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded. Personal belongings may be subject to search, and Resort-wild is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Accommodation and Service Terms
- • Hotel reservations are subject to availability and advance deposit requirements
- • Cancellation policies vary by rate type and season; guests are responsible for understanding applicable terms
- • Room assignments are made at the discretion of management based on availability
- • Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms and designated non-smoking areas
- • Pets are not permitted except for registered service animals as defined by law
- • Guests are responsible for any damages to resort property during their stay
Limitation of Liability
Resort-wild’s liability is limited as follows:
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during your visit
- • We are not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage on the premises
- • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control may affect services
- • Gaming outcomes are subject to chance; no guarantees are made regarding winnings
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Resort-wild property and digital platforms, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Resort-wild or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications and Updates
Resort-wild reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and in prominent locations throughout the resort. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Resort-wild services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation through a mutually agreed upon mediator
- Binding arbitration in accordance with Ontario arbitration laws
- Jurisdiction of Ontario courts as a final resort

Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
